Everything is just muddled. No hope, no lights inside, grenades all over the place.

I have been there, so I get exactly how it feels. Roller coaster ride!

But, wait have you ever asked yourself these types of questions?

Why do I get bored so easily with life?

What does it mean when you are always bored?

Why am I always bored and unhappy?

If you said yes, this amazing article has got you covered. Yes, really!

The idea that is going to present will have the potential to tap into your subconscious mind and tell you exactly what stuck you to the point of losing touch in life.

But before we dive into many details.

Let's be real for a moment,

The modern world has so many people who are constantly getting tanked with anxiety and boredom.

Am I surprised? Nope. That's the situation we're in at the moment.

Saw a quote that said, "You need to let the little things that would ordinarily bore you suddenly thrill you." and it really makes sense to me.

Why am I always Bored and Tired (6 Reasons)

Constantly asking why am I always bored and unhappy. Here are some key proven reasons for that.

You Are Not Working out

This is correct and there should be no debate. Your negligence in working out is what makes you feel like a loser. Whoever is telling you differently is lying to you and he is wasting your time. Sorry to burst your bubbles but it's true.

There is a whole generation out there that doesn't even realize that the prime reason for them to live miserable lives is because they don't work out. Hence they end up being mentally and physically weak, being prone to miserably.

Listen to this, start hitting the gym, lift weights, do some cardio stuff, do yoga and more, you will start to be in better shape, your whole mood will be uplifted and you will behave like a real winner. I can guarantee you that.

Unnecessary Comparison To Others

It never ceases to amaze me, to see people complaining about low energy while they constantly bank on the comparison. I have said it once and will say it again, the comparison is a sure way to failure. It does more harm than good.

One pattern I have noticed about people who complain about boredom and unhappiness is this, they are prone to comparison games which rob them of their entire joy and growth mindset. Detach from it now if you want to take back control.

"When we compare ourselves to others, we can feel an instant loss of motivation, and become prone to highly self-critical and self-defeating," Says Smesouthafrica in its article Prons and Cons Of Comparing Yourself To Others.

You're Constant Playing It Safe

Your inability to take risks and go for the unknown is what makes you look like a loser in life. I know that may sound harsh but I didn't write this article to cuddle you, I wrote it to help you and beat your boredom instantly.

The downside of playing it safe is very clearly. Massive regrets. Staying in your comfort zone has never been successful in any form. You will always struggle and be unsatisfied, we stress it in Why I always Bored No Matter What I Do

Saw a quote somewhere that said, "It is playing safe that we create a world of utmost insecurity. If you play it safe in life, you've decided that you don't want to grow anymore."  I can't emphasise this enough. Unplug

You Are Too Much Attached To News

"Why am I always bored and unhappy?" Keep watching the news. The number of people that keep tanked by news and pop culture is staggering. Listen to me very carefully, news has zero positive influence on your mood.

Our brains were specifically designed to not get bombarded with countless information that promotes constant fears and anxiety. Once you pay attention to the news, you rob of your inner peace and happiness. Few will understand this.
"I'm not being facetious when I say I believe that a huge % of societal problems would be resolved if everybody did dopamine detox (switching Off the news) regularly"

You're Surrounded By Toxic People

There are no two ways about it. Once you get surrounded by losers no chance you will escape boredom and depression. I wish I was lying but it's true. People with who you associate have a tremendous influence on you.

"Toxic people can make you feel consumed by a negative outlook on yourself or isolate you from people who truly are good for you." Says Achieve Concierge in its article Why Removing Toxic People Is Important

I am going to tell you something that will tremendously save your mindset. Cut off toxic people unapologetically, start hanging with winners and they will impact your whole mood. Guaranteed.

Living In The Past

It is not a secret anymore, the reason why you constantly feel bored and unhappy is that you are mind is still there, you are not appreciating the present moment. There is no way you can win, boy! Future needs you, past doesn't

It baffles me to see people waste years dwelling on their past instead of spending the present to build something else, weird but that's the reality. Overthinking about the past will keep ruin your present and leave you unhappy.

My take? Okay well here is my little piece of advice to you, live in the moment. Stay grounded in the present and focus on the things that are within your control. You will never be bored and feel empty. They don't teach this in schools.

How do you cure boredom?

  • Do some journaling.
  • Join a club or find out about a new hobby.
  • Hit the gym frequently (5x a day).
  • Quit hanging with toxic people.
